This PR introduces the Soma subsystem (robonix-soma), a raw body YAML and URDF service that also owns primitive and skill package bring-up in two stages. All 15 Webots CI scenarios passed, covering builtin file operations, plan control, camera/lidar snapshots, exploration, mapping, memory, speech, voiceprint, scene object listing, fault recovery, object navigation, and patrol observe. The Soma service registered successfully, spawned 4 primitives (tiago_chassis, tiago_camera, tiago_lidar, audio_driver) in stage 1 and 1 skill (explore) in stage 2, and Pilot fetched Soma context at startup.
